What does it mean?

oh the old ER!For Nardo, the endoplasmic reticulum is an organelle within our cells. There is the rough endoplasmic reticulum and the smooth endoplasmic reticulum. The rough ER is one of the sites of protein synthesis and proteins also begin being processed further here. The smooth endoplasmic reticulum synthesizes fatty acids, lipids, cholesterol, and steroids. So I'm a nerd in pharmacy school right now, forgive me.

This is too funny! I'm the lead teacher for the human anatomy class in the co-op we do on Thursday mornings. Last week was our first week for this school year. ___________ reticulum was the first question on our crossword puzzle homework!

We are sisters under the skin!

i said it too. trippingly on the tongue. and it was so satisfying that i feel sure i'll go on saying it at every opportunity---if only to keep my lips, tongue, teeth, and throat in shape. i don't even need to know what it means.
