Vote for Eeyore. Or not. It hardly matters.

q.shenaynay

The Beehive was nominated for the Homeschool Blog Awards in the Best Group or Family Blog category. Voting began today and continues through Friday, and my how the votes are rolling in.

However... we were accidentally left off the ballot. Yep.

It all makes one feel rather Eeyore-ish, don't you know. We can't all, and some of us don't. Nice To Be Noticed, anyhow. Sniff. If you want to make us feel better, you could leave us an Uplifting Sort of Comment and maybe part of a red balloon. We could pretend it was a vote for What Someone Did.

Oh, well. Figures. Anyhow, thanks for noticin' us.

UPDATE: THANKS TO THE HELP OF OUR DEAR FRIEND MOMMY DEAREST, WE ARE NOW ON THE BALLOT. WOEFULLY BEHIND, BUT IN THE RACE NONETHELESS. THANKS, MD!

Well, Eeyore-- er, Beehive folks, I think I will just pop over to the Homeschool Blog Awards and ask them to fix it.

Here is a gift anyway. It's a Very Useful Pot For Keeping Things In.

(Besides, I thought *I* was Eeyore. Here we go gathering nuts and May.)

You're there under best super-homeschooler. I nominated you there since you were already on the family blog one.

I emailed them that they left you off the list, and now you're there!

That's interesting because I made up the list of linked blog titles ( http://tinyurl.com/3yt8vc ) and it was definitely there then. Somehow it must have inadvertently got left out when they set up the actual voting list. I'm glad that someone e-mailed them about it. God bless!
